TwoViewGolf Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 5, 2026

Template note: This is a practical launch-ready draft, but it should be reviewed with legal counsel before publishing, especially if you plan to support users outside the United States or process children's data.

Overview

TwoViewGolf provides golf swing recording, analysis, sharing, and coaching tools across iPhone, Apple Watch, and companion viewer experiences. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

By using TwoViewGolf, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect the following categories of information:

How We Use Information

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Storage and Retention

Your recordings and related content may be stored locally on your devices, in your iCloud or Apple-managed storage, or on infrastructure we or our service providers operate, depending on how the feature is configured at launch.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

Apple Watch

The TwoViewGolf Apple Watch app acts as a wireless remote control for recording. It sends commands (start, stop, new session, transfer) to your iPhone over WatchConnectivity. The Watch app does not access motion sensors, accelerometer, gyroscope, or any health-related data.

Your Choices

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

TwoViewGolf is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this policy, contact us so we can review and address it.

International Users

If you make TwoViewGolf available outside the United States, you may need additional disclosures and transfer mechanisms. This draft does not attempt to fully cover all jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice inside the app or on our website.
