TwoViewGolf provides golf swing recording, analysis, sharing, and coaching tools across iPhone, Apple Watch, and companion viewer experiences. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

By using TwoViewGolf, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, coach profile details, and subscription status.
• Content you create in the app, such as swing videos, annotations, exported packages, lesson notes, and shared coaching materials.
• Device and app information, such as app version, device model, operating system version, crash logs, diagnostics, and feature usage data.
• Apple Watch usage information, such as recording commands sent from the Watch to your iPhone (start, stop, new session, transfer). The Watch app does not collect motion sensor data.
• Payment and subscription information provided through Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not receive your full payment card number.
• Communications you send to us, including support requests, feedback, and other correspondence.

How We Use Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve TwoViewGolf and its recording, playback, analysis, sharing, and coaching features.
• Sync recordings and related swing data across supported devices you connect.
• Process and present swing metrics, annotations, and analysis results.
• Enable sharing between golfers and coaches when you choose to send content.
• Process subscriptions, confirm entitlements, and manage purchases made through Apple.
• Monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and prevent misuse.
• Communicate with you about support, updates, product changes, or important notices.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With coaches, students, or other recipients you choose when you share recordings, notes, packages, or lesson materials.
• With service providers who help us operate the app, such as analytics, infrastructure, storage, crash reporting, customer support, and subscription management providers.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of TwoViewGolf, our users, or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required.

Storage and Retention

Your recordings and related content may be stored locally on your devices and, when you use sharing or cloud backup features, in an encrypted personal vault hosted on cloud infrastructure operated by us and our service providers. Vault content and content you share with others is encrypted. The encryption keys are held in your device keychain; if you have iCloud Keychain enabled, those keys may sync across your Apple devices. Because the keys are held only by you, lost recovery credentials may make encrypted content unrecoverable.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

Apple Watch

The TwoViewGolf Apple Watch app acts as a wireless remote control for recording. It sends commands (start, stop, new session, transfer) to your iPhone over WatchConnectivity. The Watch app does not access motion sensors, accelerometer, gyroscope, or any health-related data.

Your Choices

• You can choose not to share recordings or coaching materials through the app.
• You can stop using the Apple Watch remote at any time by removing the Watch app or disabling the relevant permissions on your device.
• You can request deletion of account-linked personal information, subject to legal, technical, and contractual limitations.
• You can manage notifications, certain permissions, and subscription settings through your Apple device and App Store account.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

TwoViewGolf is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this policy, contact us so we can review and address it.

International Users

TwoViewGolf is operated from the United States. If you access the app from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where we and our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your own jurisdiction. By using the app, you consent to this transfer and processing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice inside the app or on our website.
